The exhibition “70 Years of Israel: From Pioneering Society to Startup Nation” traces the epoch-making endeavor of Israeli state foundations from the point of view of its citizens. The experiences of Jews from all over the world, who fled from hatred and fear to live in freedom in a Jewish state, are the focus of attention. The numerous photographs, illustrations and individual narratives allow the viewer to get to know the most important historical landmarks of the state of Israel and at the same time to get an idea of he life of the first immigrants – what effort they took to get to Israel and how they feel in the new home. 70 years of Israel allows the viewer a glimpse into the origins of the country. Beit Hatfutsot, Tel Aviv’s Museum of the Jewish People, is a major international educational institution that displays the entirety of Jewish history in the museum, in Israel, the Internet, and around the world through innovative exhibits, state-of-the-art technology, and creative programs maps.
The exhibition runs until 18.06.2018, weekdays from 10am – 6pm
