A resolution of the United Nations General Assembly from 2005 officially declared January 27th the International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust. The Jewish Museum Vienna points to the Holocaust with its collections and through individual objects. On this occasion, the Jewish Museum Vienna invites visitors to a guided tour in which selected objects and their history are presented.

We hold a minute of silence with chief cantor Shmuel Barzilai and afterwards show you selected items and their history.
