A conversation with refugees in Vorarlberg, in collaboration with Caritas Vorarlberg.

A conversation with refugees in Vorarlberg, among others: Murtada Alhusseini (Iraq), Abbas Nazari (Afghanistan) and Sindiswa Nombuelo Mvene (South Africa)

The proportion of people who escaped from the war and misery in their home countries and came to us is in Vorarlberg about one percent. Many of them report about dramatic escape stories. What did they have to do to overcome the limits? What did they have to leave behind and what did they bring with them? What gave them courage and strength and how are they living with this experience? During the conversation we want to explore what we can learn from the experiences of refugees and how we can create a conscious dealing with this topic.

An event of the Jewish Museum Hohenems in the framework of the exhibition "Say Schibbolet!" in cooperation with Caritas Vorarlberg and the vision Café of Hohenems.

No entrance fee!
